Payment

Credit/debit card transactions are processed by PayPal on their secure site. If you are uncomfortable with using an on line payment service then please telephone or email me and I can reserve the item till your cheque arrives.

Please makes cheques payable to YOLANDE DENNIS and send to the address that will be on the confirmation email sent  to confirm your item is reserved. Please note that cheques can take up to 7 days to clear before your order can be sent .

 

Delivery/Shipping

Postage & packaging cost £2.50 per item with Royal Mail mainland uk and £1.00 for each additional item.

All items are gift wrapped , securly package and sent recorded sign for .

If you are outside of mainland uk please contact me for costs.

Returns

If you are not delighted with your purcase for any reason, you can return unused in the original packaging within 7 days of reicpt.

However I am unable to accept earrings unless they are faulty for hygiene reasons .

Please note that commission pieces are none returnable.

Gift Service

I am happy to send your purchases directly to the recipient gift wrapped and with a gift card with a message from you.

Please note that 2 purchases sent to different address will incure 2 lots of p&p
